Digital Marketing Manager

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong account management skills to join our team. As a DMM, you will oversee and optimize our clients’ advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and driving business growth. This role requires technical expertise in digital ad management and excellent client relationship and management skills.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, 6sense Ads, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver high-quality traffic, maximize conversions, and meet clients’ performance goals.
  • Guide retargeting strategies to ensure visitors see the right content at the right time.
  • Conduct A/B tests to ensure continual optimization.
  • Provide guidance on landing page design to ensure pages are achieving optimal results.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for advertising-related inquiries and updates.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, industry trends, and competitive landscape to align digital ad strategies with their objectives effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, business needs, and feedback for campaign optimization.

Conversion Tracking and Reporting

  • Set up conversion tracking mechanisms, monitor conversion metrics, and provide accurate performance reports to clients.
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Review and advise on the customer’s marketing ops stack to ensure ROI is being measured based on the true value of paid efforts
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital advertising technologies to ensure that campaigns leverage the latest advancements.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, content writers, and developers to align ad strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, data analysis, and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to understand clients’ objectives and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience managing B2B campaigns is desired.
  • Experience with ABM campaigns is desired.
  • Experience with marketing ops/automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo is desired.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads certification are a plus.
